Ottobagatto is a community and value-driven, no fuss, New York via Staten Island-style pizzeria. Chef/owner Ed Carew’s first brick-and-mortar location in Dr. Murphy’s Food Hall serves small pies, bright salads and fantastic Italian wrap sandwiches (piadini) using thoughtfully sourced produce. Ottobagatto’s signature pizza dough is made carefully made using a long fermentation technique, making their pizzas extra delicious and actually more nutritious than typical processed doughs. Their ingredients speak to the care and love they put into everything they serve, and they’re excited to bring their offerings to guests of Dr. Murphy’s Food Hall.
